10-1-2026 According to the observations at 17:30 hours MST today, the Land Depression which crossed the North Sri Lanka has been moved West-Northwestwards slowly and continue to move West-Northwestward and gradually weaken during next 12 hrs. Weather is cloudy over the Westcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

 A moderate earthquake of magnitude (5.2) Richter Scale with its epicenter outside Myanmar (Andaman Islands, India Region), latitude 11.91°N, longitude 93.00°E, depth (10) kilometers, about (398)miles southwest of Kaba-Aye seismological observatory was recorded at (08)hr (53)min (41)sec M.S.T on   10th January, 2024.
