BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the East Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 31st OCTOBER, 2017: Weather will be partly cloudy in (Eastern & Southern) Shan, Kayin and Mon States. Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions and Northern Shan and Kayah States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Magway Region and Rakhine State, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions and widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin and Chin States.
