A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.1) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (4) miles southeast of Thabeikkyin) about (57) miles north of Mandalay seismological observatory was recorded at (13) hr (22) min (09)sec M.S.T on 3rd November , 2017.
