BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the Southeast Bay and adjoining East Central Bay of Bengal still persists. Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and Westcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 24th NOVEMBER, 2017: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Shan, Rakhine and Kayah States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Taninthayi Regions and isolated in Kachin, Mon and Kayin States. Degree of certainly is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface winds speed in squalls may reach (30-35)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (6 - 8)feet in Myanmar coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of nigh temperature in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Shan and Chin States.
