According to the observations at (13:30) hrs M.S.T today, a low pressure area has formed over the Westcentral Bay and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal (off North  Andhra Pradesh - South Odisha coasts, India). It is likely to move gradually North-Northwestwards during next 48 hours.
