25-11-2025:According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the Depression over the South Andaman Sea and adjoining Strait of Malacca almost stationary still persists. It is centered at about 285 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Kawthaung (Myanmar), 55 Nautical miles West-Northwest of Penang(Malaysia), 250 Nautical miles East of Banda Aceh (Indonesia) and  465 Nautical miles Southeast of Car Nicobar(India).According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas of South Sri Lanka still persists. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and become Well Marked Lowe  pressure Area during next 24 hours and further intensify into a depression during next 48 hours. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Bay of Bengal Condition

A low pressure area may form over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal. Weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Rain condition and Rainy Day 

Rain or thundershowers will be above normal in Yangon, Bago, Magway, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon, Shan States, below normal in Chin, Rakhine States and about normal in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Sagaing Regions and Kachin, Kayah States.

Rainy days are expected about 6 to 8 days in Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady , Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayah, Kayin, Mon, Shan States and about 3 to 5 days in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway, Sagaing Regions and Chin, Rakhine States.
