A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.6) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (15) miles northwest of Mingin), latitude 22.93 °N, longitude 94.27 °E, depth (10) kilometers, about (47) miles northeast of Hakha seismological observatory was recorded at (19) hr (00) min (07) sec M.S.T on 8th August, 2025.
