BAY INFERENCE : Weather is a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea, Northeast Bay and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elasewhere Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 17th October 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Kachin State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Bago, Upper Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayah, Chin, Rakhine States, fairly widespread in Mandalay, Magway, Lower Sagaing Regions and Kayin, Mon States and widespread in Taninthayi Region and Shan State. Degree of certainty is 100%.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Magway, Lower Sagaing Regions. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-6 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Shan State.
