BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining near Deltic coast, Myanmar still persists. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining Northeast Bay of Bengal and off and along Rakhine coasts and adjoining Deltic coasts. Weather is cloudy over the Andaman Sea, North Bay and Eastcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 3rd November 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Kayah State, fairly widespread in Mandalay, Magway, Sagaing Regions and Chin State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of regionally heavyfalls in Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and isolated heavyfalls in Bago, Magway, Taninthayi Regions and Rakhine State. Degree of certainty is 100%.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Bago, Magway, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Mon, Rakhine,(Northern and Southern)Shan States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Occasionally squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach 35 m.p.h. Wave height will be about 8-10 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
