BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining near Deltic coast, Myanmar still persists. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining Northeast Bay of Bengal and off and along Rakhine coasts and adjoining Deltic coasts during next 24 hours. Weather is cloudy over the North Andaman Sea, Northeast Bay and Eastcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 4th November 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Kayah State, fairly widespread in Mandalay, Magway Regions and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Bago, Lower Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is 100%.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Lower Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon, Rakhine, Southern Shan States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Occasionally squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach 35 m.p.h. Wave height will be about 8-10 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Rain or thundershowers with isolated heavyfalls in Yangon, Mandalay, Magway, Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Chin, Mon, Rakhine States.
