SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Mon, (Southern and Eastern)Shan States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayah, Kayin States, isolated in Northern Shan State and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 2°C below November average temperature in Chin State, 2°C above November average temperatures in Mandalay, Magway, Lower Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin State, 3°C above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Kayah State, 5°C to 6°C above November average temperature in (Southern and Eastern)Shan State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 7.5°C in Hakha, 12.5°C in Homalin, 14.1°C in Loilin, 14.6°C in Pyinoolwin, 14.8°C in Naungcho, 16.0°C in Putao and 17.0°C in Taunggyi. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded 2.83 inches in Hlegu, 2.24 inches in Maubin, 2.09 inches in Pinlaung, 1.80 inches each in Mawlamyine and Laymyethna, 1.76 inches in Bago, 1.40 inches in Mongping, 1.30 inches in Chaungsone and 1.18 inches each in Hmawbi and Tharrawady.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay, a few cloud over the Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 11th November 2025: Weather will be partly cloudy in Magway, Sagaing Regions and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine States. Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Mandalay Region and Northern Shan State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Kayah State, fairly widespread in Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Yangon, Bago Regions. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 6-8 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
