SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Rakhine, Southern Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 3°C below December average temperatures in Bago Region and Kayah State, 2°C below December average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Upper Sagaing Regions and Kayin, Eastern Shan States and 2°C above December average temperature in Northern State and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 1.8°C in Hakha, 5.3°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 6.1°C in Loilin, 6.5°C in Heho, 6.7°C in Tiddim, 7.6°C in Pinlaung, 9.0°C in Loikaw, 10.4°C Taunggyi, 10.8°C in Kengtung and 11.0°C in Mongyang.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea, North Bay and Eastecentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 5th December 2025: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is 60%. Weather will be partly cloudy in Sagaing Region and Kachin, Kayin, Chin, Mon, Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-6 feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
