SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain have been isolated in Kachin State, weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) above February average temperatures in Bago Region and Mon States, (2°C) below February average temperatures in Kachin, Northern Shan and Chin States and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (2°C) in Hakha, (3°C) in Namsam, (4°C) each in Thipaw, Heho and Loilin and (5°C) in Mongyang. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was Myitkyina (0.16)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the South Bay and a few clouds over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 16th FEBRUARY, 2018: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Kachin State. Degree of certainly is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
