SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Mon, Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 2°C below February average temperatures in Magway Region and Kayah, Chin States, 2°C above February average temperature in Rakhine State and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 1.5°C in Hakha, 4.8°C in Namsan (Southern Shan), 5.0°C in Mongyang, 5.3°C in Heho, 5.6°C in Loilin, 5.8°C in Tiddim, 6.0°C in Pinlaung, 6.5°C in Hsipaw and 6.8°C in Lashio.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 15th February 2026: Isolated light rain are likely in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is 60%. Weather will be partly cloudy in Yangon, Upper Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 3-5 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
