Low Pressure Area Condition

According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Central Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely continue to move Northeastwards during next 24 hours and weaken gradually.
Due to the Low Pressure Area, rain or thundershowers will be isolated to scattered in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon, Rakhine, (Southern and Eastern)Shan States from this evening to 26-2-2026.
