13-5-2025: Southwest monsoon has advanced into the Southern Myanmar areas, Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay of Bengal. Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Southwest Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 18th MARCH, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Kachin State, isolated in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Shan, Chin , Rakhine and Kayah States. Degree of certainly is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 5)feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of rain in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.
