SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Upper Sagaing Region, isolated in Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin and Northern Shan States and generally fair in Naypyitaw, Magway Region and Eastern Shan State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) above March average temperature in Kachin State and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (41°C) in Chauk, (40°C) each in Aunglan and Bawlakhae. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Hkamti (0.19)inch, Pinlaebu (0.16)inch and Kawthaung (0.08)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Southeast Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
