BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the Southwest Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 14thAPRIL, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be in fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State, scattered in Lower Sagaing Region and Chin State, isolated in  Naypyitaw,Mandalay, Magway,Bago and Taninthayi Regions and (Northern and Southern)Shan ,Rakhine and Kayah States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
