30-11-2025: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “DITWAH” over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts has moved Northwards and it is centered at about 770 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco Island(Myanmar), 60 Nautical miles Southeast of Puducherry (India) and 170 Nautical miles North of Trincomalee(Srilanka). It is likely to move nearly Northwards parallel to North Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts(India) during next 24 hrs. Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea, North Bay and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Kachin State, scattered in Northern Shan State, isolated in Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) above April average temperatures in Kayin and Mon States, (2°C) above April average temperatures in Magway, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions and about April average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (43°C) in Chauk, (42°C) each in Nyaung Oo, Magway and Sinphyugyun. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Htilin (0.87)inch, Machanbaw (0.67)inch, Putao (0.47)inch and Lashio (0.16)inch.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
