Bay of Bengal Condition
Southwest monsoon is likely to set in Deltaic Areas and Central Myanmar Areas during Third (10) days of May. A Low Pressure Area may form over the Bay of Bengal and it may further intensify into the Depression. Monsoon will be moderate in the North Bay and moderate to strong in the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
Rain Conditions and Rainy Days
About normal rain are likely in the remaining Regions and States.
Rainy days are expected about (3) to (5) days in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Bago Regions, Northern Shan State and (6) to (8) days in the remaining Regions and States.

Day Temperature will be above May average temperature in Lower Sagaing Region, Kayah and Kayin States and about May average temperature in the remaining Regions and States.
