30-11-2025:According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “DITWAH” over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining North Srilanka has moved Northwards now lies over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts. It is centered at about 775 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco Island(Myanmar), 85 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Puducherry (India) and 135 Nautical miles North-Northwestwards of Trincomalee(Srilanka). It is likely continue to move nearly Northwards parallel to Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts(India) during next 24 hrs. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Southwest Bay and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Kayah State, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Naypyitaw, fairly widespread in Northern Shan State, scattered in Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Eastern Shan, Chin and Rakhine States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) above May average temperatures in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Eastern Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States, (2°C) above May average temperature in Southern Shan State and about May average temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (41°C) in Chauk and (40°C) in Bawlakhae. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Kawthaung (1.85) inches, Taunggu (1.77)inches, Hmawbi (1.42) inches, Manaung (1.14)inches, Kengtung (0.99)inch, Naypyitaw Airport (Ela) (0.94)inch, Pinlaebu (0.91) inch and Putao (0.83)inch.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
