10-1-2026 According to the observations at 17:30 hours MST today, the Land Depression which crossed the North Sri Lanka has been moved West-Northwestwards slowly and continue to move West-Northwestward and gradually weaken during next 12 hrs. Weather is cloudy over the Westcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.2) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (20)miles northwest of Mawlaik), latitude 23.90°N, longitude 94.30°E, depth (110) kilometer, about (22) miles south of Tamu seismological observatory was recorded at (22)hr (51)min (24)sec M.S.T on 6th February, 2019.
