23-11-2025: According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the South Andaman Sea and adjoining Strait of Malacca still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and intensify into a depression over the Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining South Andaman Sea on 24-11-2025. Thereafter, it is likely continue to move West-Northwestwards and further intensify into a Cyclonic Storm over the Southeast Bay during subsequent 48 hours.Weather is a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea, North Bay and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State. Weather has been generally fair in Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Eastern Shan, Kayin and Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below February average temperature in Yangon Region, (2°C) above February average temperatures in Mandalay and Magway Regions, Southern Shan, Rakhine and Kayah States, (3°C) above February average temperature in Lower Sagaing Region and about February average temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (4°C) in Hakha, (6°C) each in Thipaw and Heho, (7°C) each in Tongzan and Ramthlo. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Myeik (0.28)inch and Machanbaw (0.08)inch.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
