27-11-2025:According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “SENYAR” crossed in the interior of Indonesia has recurved and moved South-Southeast and now lies again over Northeast of Indonesia and adjoining the Strait of Malacca. It is centered at about 360 Nautical miles South of Kawthaung (Myanmar), 140 Nautical miles Southwest of Penang(Malaysia), 50 Nautical miles Southeast of Kuta Makmur(Indonesia) and  460 Nautical miles Southeast of Car Nicobar (India). According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas of Southeast Sri Lanka has further intensified into a Depression over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas of Sri Lanka coast.  It is centered at about 800 Nautical miles South-Southwest of Coco Island (Myanmar), 180 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Tricomalee(Srilanka), 395 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Puducherry(India). Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy and over the over the Andaman Sea and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States. Weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Magway, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kayin State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) above April normal temperatures in Ayeyarwady Region, Kayin and Mon States, (2°C) above April normal temperatures in Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, (Eastern and Southern)Shan, Rakhine and Kayah States, (4°C) below April normal temperature in Upper Sagaing Region and (2°C) below April normal temperatures in  Lower Sagaing Region and Chin State and about April normal temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (44°C) in Chauk, (42°C) in Bawlakhae and (41°C) each in Nyaung Oo, Magway, Aunglan, Taungdwingyi, Sinbyugyun, Taunggu, Phyu, Hinthada, Hpa-an, Kawkareik and Hlaingbwe. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was Monyin (0.39) inch.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 12th April, 2019: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin and Chin State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Shan, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Slight increase of day temperatures in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States.
