22-2-2026 According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Equatorial Indian Ocean and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move West- Northwest and may reach Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoning Equatorial Indian Ocean during next 24 hours. Weather is a few cloud the South Andaman Sea and North Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.7) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (19)miles east-southeast of Homalin), latitude 24.76°N, longitude 95.19°E, depth (84)kilometers, about (67)miles northeast of Tamu seismological observatory was recorded at (06)hr (57)min (18)sec M.S.T on 21st July, 2019.
