22-10-2025: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked low pressure area over the Southwest Bay of Bengal (off Tamil Nadu coast, India) still persists. It is likely to move Northwestwards and may across North Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and South Andhra Pradesh coasts, India during next 24 hours. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

According to the (09:30) hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of Shwegyin River at Shwegin is observed as (½) foot below its danger level. It may reach its danger level during the next (1) day.
It is especially advertised to the people who settle near the river banks and low lying areas at Shwegyin Township to take precaution measure.
