It is likely continue to move Northeastwards during next 24 hours and weaken gradually. Weather is a few cloud over the South Andaman Sea and North Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Bay of Bengal Condition

A low pressure area may form over the Bay of Bengal. Southwest monsoon is likely to withdraw from Northern Myanmar areas during (15 - 20) of September. Monsoon will be weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

Rain Condition

Rain or thundershowers will be likely above normal in Kachin, Eastern Shan States, below normal in Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and about normal in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and (Nothern and Southern)Shan, Chin, Kayah States.

Rainy days are expected about (7) to (9) days in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Kayin, Mon States and about (4) to (6) days in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine, Kayah States.
