10-1-2026 According to the observations at 17:30 hours MST today, the Land Depression which crossed the North Sri Lanka has been moved West-Northwestwards slowly and continue to move West-Northwestward and gradually weaken during next 12 hrs. Weather is cloudy over the Westcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
EARTHQUAKE NEWS
A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.6) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (5) miles north-northeast of Hkamti), latitude 26.06°N, longitude 95.73°E, depth (97) kilometers, about (115) miles west-northwest of Myitkyina seismological observatory was recorded at (01) hr (26) min (23) sec M.S.T on 28th January, 2021.
