24-10-2025:According to the observations at 12:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Southeast Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and become more marked during next 24 hours. Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

According to the (12:30) hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of Chindwin River at Monywa is (63) cm. It may rise about (1½) feet above the present water level during the next (6) days and may reach above its minimum alert water level (100) cm.
