According to the observations at (13:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Westcentral and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal off North Andhra Pradesh- South Odisha­ coasts now lies over coastal Odisha­ and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal  still persists.
