29-6-2025: According to the observations at 17:30 hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining West Bengal, India and Bangladesh coasts still persists. It is likely to move slowly West-Northwestwards across North Odisha and West Bengal, India. Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.8) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (20)miles northeast of Mongping), latitude 21.61°N, longitude 99.14°E, depth (10)kilometers, about (37)miles northwest of Keng Tung seismological observatory was recorded at (01)hr (23)min (34)sec M.S.T on 5^th June, 2022.
