29-6-2025: According to the observations at 17:30 hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining West Bengal, India and Bangladesh coasts still persists. It is likely to move slowly West-Northwestwards across North Odisha and West Bengal, India. Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.8) Richter Scale with its epicenter outside Myanmar (Andaman Islands, India Region), latitude 10.25°N, longitude 93.89°E, depth (10) kilometers, about (477) miles south-southwest of Kaba-Aye seismological observatory was recorded at (18)hr (18)min (08)sec M.S.T on 4^th July, 2022.
