17-2-2026:According to the observations at 17:30 hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure over the East Equatorial Indian Ocean and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move west–northwestwards and further intensify over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining East Equatorial Indian Ocean on 18-2-2026. Weather is generally fair over the North Bay of Bengal, a few cloud over the Central Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
Low Pressure Area Condition

According to the observations at (13:30)hrs M.S.T today, a low pressure area has formed over Northwest Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal. It is likely to move Northwestwards and reach to Odiaha coast (India) and intensify during next (24)hrs.
