30-11-2025: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “DITWAH” over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts has moved Northwards and it is centered at about 770 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco Island(Myanmar), 60 Nautical miles Southeast of Puducherry (India) and 170 Nautical miles North of Trincomalee(Srilanka). It is likely to move nearly Northwards parallel to North Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts(India) during next 24 hrs. Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea, North Bay and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

 Bay of Bengal Condition

           A low pressure Area may form over the Bay of Bengal. Monsoon will be moderate over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and moderate to strong elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Rain Condition and Rainy days

Rain will be expected below normal in Taninthayi Region, about normal in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Mon Kayah and Kayin States.

            Rainy days will be expected 7 to 9 days in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and 4to 6 days  in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions, Shan, Kayah States.
