3-11-2025:  According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining near Deltic coast, Myanmar still persists. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining Northeast Bay of Bengal and off and along Rakhine coasts and adjoining Deltic coasts during next 24 hours. Weather is few cloud over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and  partly cloudy to cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 9thAugust, 2017: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Chin and Rakhine States and fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States with likelihood of isolated heavy falls in Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Kachin and Rakhine States. Degree of certainly is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA:  Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-8)feet in along Myanmar Coasts.
