It is likely to move West–Northwestwards towards Sri Lanka during next 24 hours. Weather is partlyc cloudy to cloudy over the South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Bay of Bengal Conditon

  A low pressure area may form over the Bay of Bengal. Monsoon will be moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

 Rain condition and Rainy Day

Rain or thundershowers will be above normal in Upper Sagaing Region and Mon State and below normal in Kachin State and  about normal in NayPyiTaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Tanintharyi Regions and Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin States.

Rainy days are expected about (7) to (10) days in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Tanintharyi Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine,  Kayin, Mon States and  about (3) to (6) days in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kayah State.
