3-11-2025:According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining near Deltic coast, Myanmar still persists. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining Northeast Bay of Bengal and off and along Rakhine coasts and adjoining Deltic coasts during next 36 hours.  Weather is cloudy over the North Andaman Sea, Northeast Bay and Eastcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy South Andaman Sea  and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Mid Monsoon Period

The mid monsoon period is establishment of first July to the end of August.

Bay of Bengal Condition

Four low pressure areas may form over the Bay of  Bengal and two may further intensify into Depressions. Monsoon will be moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

Rain Conditions

Rain or thundershower will be expected above normal in Bago, Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon States and about normal in Nay Pyi Taw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah States.
