26-10-2025:According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Depression over Southeast Bay of Bengal has moved West-Northwestwards and intensified into a Deep Depression. It is centered at about 410 Nautical miles Southwest of Coco Island (Myanmar), 415 Nautical miles East-Southeast of Chennai(India), 445 Nautical miles Southeast of Kakinada (India). It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may intensify into a Cyclonic Storm may form over the Southwest Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal on 27-10-2025, Severe Cyclonic Storm may form on 28-10-2025 and may cross Andhra Pradesh Coast on that night. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay, partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Monsoon & Bay of Bengal Condition

          Southwest monsoon is likely to withdrawal in Northern Myanmar areas during (15-20) of September, Central Myanmar areas during (21-26) of September, Deltaic areas during 27th September to 2nd October.

          Two Low Pressure Areas may form over  Bay of Bengal and One may further intensify into the depressions.  Monsoon will be moderate in the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

Rain Condition and Rainy Days

     Rain or thundershowers will be expected above normal in Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Rakhine and Mon States and about normal rain in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Bago Regions, Kachin, Shan, Chin, Kayah and Kayin States.

      Rainy days will be expected (21) to (26) days in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and (15) to (20) days in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Shan and Kayah States.
