8-1-2026 : According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Deep Depression over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining East Equatorial Indian Ocean has moved West-Northwestwards and it is centered at about 735 Nautical miles Southwest of Coco- Island (Myanmar), 250 Nautical miles Southeast of Trincomalee(Sri Lanka) and 455 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Puducherry(Sri Lanka).Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay, partly cloudy over the Central Bay and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 09th November 2023: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered  in Taninthayi Region and Mon State, isolated in Yangon Region and Kayin State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be generally fair  in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing Region and Chin State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Kachin, Shan and Chin States.
