SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Mandalay, Magway, Sagaing Regions and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine States. Rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Northern Shan State, scattered in Taninthayi Region, fairly widespread in Kayah State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Mon State. Night temperatures were 2°C above November average temperatures in Magway, Lower Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Kayah, Rakhine States, 3°C to 4°C above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mandalay Region, 5°C to 6°C above November average temperature in Shan State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 10.0°C in Hakha, 13.3°C in Homalin, 14.2°C in Putao, 15.7°C in Loilin, 16.0°C in Pyinoolwin, 16.8°C in Mingin and 17.6°C in Pinlaung. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded 4.84 inches in Madauk, 4.33 inches in Shwekyin, 4.30 inches in Kyaiklat, 3.38 inches in Hlegu, 3.23 inches in Chaungsone, 3.11 inches in Okkan, 2.99 inches in Mudon, 2.48 inches in Paung, 2.42 inches in Dedaye and 2.36 inches in Hmawbi(Agro-Met).
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and Eastcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Mon State. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 6-8 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
