BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “DITWAH” over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts has moved Northwards weaken into a Deep Depression and it is centered at about 750 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco Island(Myanmar), 55 Nautical miles Northeast of Puducherry (India) and 40 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Channei. It is likely to move nearly Northwards parallel to North Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts(India) and may weak into Depression during next 12 hrs. Weather is generally fair in the Andaman Sea, cloudy in Westcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the tropical storm “KOTO” over the South China Sea is centered at about 205 Nautical miles Northeast of Nhatrang, Vietnam. It is likely to reach East coasts of Vietnam on 2-12-2025.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 01st December 2025: Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Chin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 5-7 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Slight decrease of night temperatures in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayah, Shan States.
