26-11-2025:According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “SENYAR” over the Strait of Malacca and adjoining Northeast Indonesia has moved West-Southwestwards and start to cross coastal areas of Indonesia. It is centered at about 305Nautical miles South of Kawthaung (Myanmar), 155 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Penang(Malaysia), 45 Nautical miles East of Kuta Makmur(Indonesia) and  395 Nautical miles Southeast of Car Nicobar (India). According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low pressure Area over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas of Southeast Sri Lanka still persists. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and further intensify into a depression during next 24 hours. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay, partly cloudy over the Central Bay and cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

               The water levels of Ayeyarwady River are forecast to rise above the present water levels by about (½) foot at Myitkyina, Bhamo, Shwegu, Katha and Thabeikkyin, and to fall below the present water levels by about (½-1) foot at Mandalay, Sagaing, Myinmu, Pakokku, Nyaung Oo, Chauk, Minbu, Magway, Aunglan, Pyay, Seiktha, Hinthada and Zalun.

          The water levels of Chindwin River are forecast to fall below the present water levels by about (½) foot at Hkamti, Homalin, Phaungpyin, Mawlaik, Kalewa, Minkin, Kani and Monywa.
