 25-7-2025: According to the observations at 09:30 hrs M.S.T today, the Deep Depression that crossed to the interior regions of the Southwest of Dhaka (Bangladesh) has moved North- Northeastwards and weakened into a Depression. It is continuing to cross the interior regions of the Northwest of Dhaka (Bangladesh). Monsoon is vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

Water level forecast for Second (10) days of October 2018

          The water levels of Ayeyarwady river are forecast to rise above the present water levels by about (1-3) feet at Myitkyina, Bhamo, Shwegu, Katha Thabeikkyin, Mandalay, Sagaing and Myinmu, and forecast to fall below the present water levels by about (1-2) feet at Pakokku, Nyaung Oo, Chauk, Minbu, Magway, Aunglan, Pyay, Seiktha, Hinthada and Zalun.

          The water levels of Chindwin river are forecast to rise above the present water levels by about (1-3) feet at Hkamti, Homalin, Phaungpyin, Mawlaik and Kalewa, and forecast to fall below the present water levels by about (1-2) feet at Minkin, Kani and Monywa.
