25-7-2025: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over North Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to continue to move west-northwestwards and further intensify into a Depression over West Bengal, India and Bangladesh Coasts during next 18 hours. Thereafter, it is likely to cross Genetic West Bengal, North Odisha, Jharkhand and adjoining North Chhattisgarh during next 2 days. Monsoon is vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

According to the observations at (13:30)hrs M.S.T today, a low pressure area may form over the Andaman Sea and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal during the period from (28.4.2020) to (30.4.2020). It is forecast to further intensify.
