Cyclonic Storm “GULAB”
According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm “GULAB” over the Northwest Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bangal has moved Westwards and centered at about (380) Nautical miles Southwest of Sittwe, (465) Nautical miles West-Northwest of Gwa, (470) Nautical miles Northwest of Hainggyigyun (Myanmar), (120) Nautical miles South-Southwest of Paradip and (110) Nautical miles Southeast of Gopalpur(India).
It is not moving towards Myanmar coasts, the present stage of the Cyclonic Storm “GULAB” is coded yellow stage.

Occasional squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (40) m.p.h. Wave height will be about (9-12) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
