SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Magway Region, scattered in Sagaing and Bago Regions, Southern Shan and Chin States, fairly widespread in Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, (Northern and Eastern)Shan State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavy falls in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and isolated heavy falls in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.
