SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Yangon Region and Rakhine State, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Southern Shan State, scattered in Mandalay Region, Kachin and Kayah States, isolated in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Natogyi (1.44)inches, Thazi (1.35)inches, Mogoke (1.18)inches, Machanbaw and Hainggyigyun (1.06)inches each and Taunggyi (0.86)inch.

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal. Weather is partly cloudy elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
