SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Taninthayi Region, Kayah and Kayin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (5°C) below November average temperature in Northern Shan State, (4°C) below November average temperature in Yangon Region, (2°C) below November average temperatures in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Ayeyarwady Regions, Southern Shan, Rakhine and Kayah States, (2°C) above November average temperatures in Chin, Kayin and Mon States and about November average temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (1°C) in Hakha, (3°C) each in Heho and Ramthlo, (5°C) in Thipaw, (6°C) in Pinlaung and (7°C) each in Namsam, Tiddim and Matupi.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the South Bay and generally fair over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 27th November, 2018: Weather will be partly cloudy in Taninthayi Region, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
