SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, Light rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Weather has been partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, Northern Shan and Chin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (2°C) above March normal temperatures in Chin, Kayah and Mon States and about March normal temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (41°C) in Chauk, (40°C) in Bawlakhae, (39°C) each in Aunglan, Pauk, Bago, Tharrawady, Phyu, Khayan, Hinthada, Hpa-an, Myawaddy and Yay. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was Hkamti (0.04)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 23rd March, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
