3-9-2025::  According to the observations at 17:30 hrs M.S.T today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the northwest Bay of Bengal off North Odisha coast still persists. It is likely to move west-northwestwards and cross North Odisha and adjoining Jharkhand and North Chhattisgarh, India during next 24 hrs.Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and weather is partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 2nd June, 2016: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Mandalay, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Rakhine and Mon States. STATE OF THE SEA:  Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters.
